Gary Osterbauer

I have been a resident of White Bear Lake most of my life. Growing up in the area has taught me the values of a close knit community and family. I am a former salon owner and past chairman of the Minnesota Cosmetology Association Education Committee. Previously I have participated in competitions for hair styling and won several awards and trophies.
